Tokyo shopping tips and privileges
with Visa Tokyo Style Guide 2010-2011

Visa cardholders visiting Japan can plan to improve their shopping trips with exclusive retail and dining merchant offers found in the Visa "Tokyo Style Guide 2010 – 2011".

The guide provides visitors with tips and offers for the best of fashion, art and culture in Tokyo and is available in Korean, Chinese (both simplified and traditional) and English. The guide can be downloaded at http://www.visa.co.jp/tokyostyle/.

Participating merchants include cafes, shops, clubs, fashion brands and museums such as "Beams", "Tomorowland", "Onitsuka Tiger", "The Mori Art Museum", "The National Art Center, Tokyo" and Tokyo’s No. 1 club, Shibuya WOMB.

James J. Allhusen, CEO/Representative Director for Visa Worldwide in Japan, said: "The aim of providing the Tokyo Style Guide in more languages is to ensure we are make shopping information available to Visa cardholders who visit Japan and who speak other Asian languages."

The Visa Tokyo Style Guide 2010-2011 is also available via ROBOT Communications Inc.’s "Tokyo Style Guide X Sound Trip" iPhone application. Once users download the application, available only in English at this stage, they can enjoy pre-installed music, real-time GPS map navigation and information on exclusive offers without connecting to the internet.

Visa cardholders who present the Tokyo Style Guide, either in print, PDF or iPhone form with their Visa card at participating stores will be awarded discounts of up to 10 percent off their purchases, or receive additional gifts and services. The PDF version can be printed or shown on a smartphone screen and can be downloaded from Visa’s Japan Travel Offer Portal website (http://www.visa.co.jp/visitjapan).
