THE box-office director is back!

Coming from his string of successful movies, one of the country’s well-loved directors comes up with a winning movie "When Love Begins," starring the exciting combination of Aga Muhlach and Anne Curtis.

"When Love Begins," set primarily in picturesque Boracay Island, revolves around Ben Caballero (Aga Muhlach) and Michelle Valmonte (Anne Curtis), two individuals who come to terms with issues of commitment and conflict. Will they be able to come to terms with their problems and end up being together?

Direk Joey Reyes dissects relationships with renewed vigor in one of his most favorite places on earth, Boracay!

"The movie is very personal to me because I’ve always felt that all the movies shot in Boracay have never captured the true beauty of the island. I go there thrice a year, so going back there and doing a movie was really an experience. I consider Bora as one of the most beautiful places on earth. It’s very inspiring to work there. Boracay has always been my sanctuary and for the first time I allowed work to invade my sanctuary. At first it was awkward, but it was really worth it."

Direk Joey also refreshes everyone with his experience working with Aga Muhlach and Anne Curtis.

"I’ve done so many movies with Aga Muhlach before and again, this is a pleasant experience, he’s a personal friend, so again, I’m looking forward to working with him again and again."

He added, "As for Anne, this is the first time I’ve worked with her and this is a delight, I’m happy that I have been entrusted and given the privilege of working with them. Anne is so uncomplicated, walang arte, walang kiyeme, napakabait at pleasant na bata. And I want to work with her again, very, very soon! After the many months of working with them, I’m very happy."

Aga and Anne also have nothing but high praises for Direk Joey. Aga declared, "Direk Joey always gives a fresh take on eternal topics like love and relationships. That’s what I like about him, laging bago ang approach, laging very updated. And I trust him completely, also because we’ve known each other for the longest time. I’m happy that we’re reunited after ‘Kung Ako na Lang Sana.’"

Anne agreed, "I absolutely love Direk Joey because of his soul, he’s a really beautiful person, and I want to work with him again!"
