"If there’s going to be a wedding in my family, akin ‘yun,"
she revealed with a smile. "Doug (Kramer, popular cager and her boyfriend of
four years) and I have decided to get married next year. The date: October 9."
But for now that’s the only thing she can reveal about her
altar date because they will only start discussing the details in December.
Will the wedding take place in Baguio City, the birthplace of
Doug?
Cheska answered: "That’s what my dad suggested. Pero,
kapag kinu-kuwenta namin ni Doug ang posibling magagastos namin kung
out-of-town kami magpapakasal, masyadong mahihirapan kami.
"But it will definitely be a Christian wedding since Doug and
I are both Christians," she added.
Cheska and Iya Villania and Angel Aquino are the hosts of
Studio 23’s "Us Girls."

"Us Girls," according to Leo Katigbak, managing director of
Studio 23, is one of the few programs which they have decided to sustain in
their channel. They are doing this not only because "Us Girls" has a following
but also because the format of the show need not be reinvented as it is exactly
in line with what they want their programs to be.
One thing they discovered is that "Us Girls" is also being
watched by males so they want to incorporate in the show portions which will
interest guys.

Studio 23 will update their foreign series, such as
"Desperate Housewives," "Smallville" and "Grey’s Anatomy."
They will show the seasons that are being played in the US.
Katigbak stated further: "Viewers no longer need to wait for
the usual 4-12 months to catch the latest developments in their favorite shows
or even download them off the internet."
They will also be airing new seasons of hit shows, like
"Ghost Whisperer," "Lost," "Two and a Half Men" and the number 2 US comedy,
"Rules of Engagement." Meanwhile, "7th Heaven," the longest-running family drama
in television, will finally bid farewell on its 11th season.
Other programs to watch for are "International Fight League,"
"Kyle XY" and "Brothers and Sisters."
"We will, likewise, beef up our local programming with more
new shows to be launched in the next few months, such as a primetime game show,
a youth variety show, a men’s lifestyle show and two reality shows, among
others," added Katigbak.

Why does Kris Aquino keep referring to her four-month-old
son, James Yap, Jr., as her "million dollar baby?"
Someone suspects that it’s the amount Baby James will get for
his diaper commercial, which has yet to come out on television.
In Yes! Magazine, Baby James is dubbed as the youngest
endorser of Bench (a clothing line). He has a billboard in EDSA with Mom Kris
and elder brother Joshua.
Tomorrow, Aug. 19, is Baby James’ fourth month. He was born
on April 19.
