LAS VEGAS. — LeBron James went 11-for-11 from the field, hitting all four of his three-point attempts, to score 26 points and lead the USA to a 118-79 victory over Uruguay Wednesday in the second round of the FIBA Americas tournament.

Anthony skipped the game with a bruised right heel. Michael Redd started in his place and had nine points.

Esteban Batista, who played 70 games for the Atlanta Hawks over the last two seasons, led Uruguay with 20 points.
