Call center hikes workforce in PH

Sykes Asia Inc., the country’s first multinational call center, continues its expansion in the Philippines with the inauguration of its newest sitem Sykes Robinsons Galleria Cebu (RGC).

Sykes RGC is the company’s second site in the Queen City of the South and its seventh overall. 

This new site will employ 1,000, bringing Syke’s total workforce  is 15,000.

Sykes started in the Philippines in 2003 and the first call center in Cebu. It was  the first call center to venture outside Luzon. 

The 4,757-square meter facility follows the employee-centric design that has become the signature of all Sykes sites in the country.  

The new Sykes site also features a spacious Recruitment Hub. 

Sykes Cebu was recognized by the Cebu City Government and Cebu City Information Technology and Business Process Management  Council as one of the Top 10 IT/BPM companies in Cebu for its contributions to employment generation.
