Condo complex sees P20B sales

Filinvest Land Inc., expects to generate P20.75 billion from the sale of its multi-tower residential project The Levels it is constructing in the 244-hectare Filinvest City in Alabang.

A total of 506 units of one- and two-bedroom are available for sale at a price range of between P41 million and P20 million.

Filinvest Land said it recently launched the second tower of The Levels, Burbank Tower.

“With the launch of the Burbank Tower and the success of The Levels’ first building, Anaheim, many are already calling this enclave their home and experiencing the advantages of cosmopolitan living in this vibrant condominium community,” Filinvest Land said.

“Both residential towers of The Levels boast of well-appointed living spaces and a wide range of amenities allowing its residents to lead fuller lives with venues for get together, recreation and wellness activities, such as the clubhouse, swimming pools, game room, fitness center and function rooms.  To cap off all the benefits of living a sophisticated, convenient and comfortable lifestyle at The Levels is the unobstructed panoramic views of Southern Metro Manila and Filinvest City’s skyline that the residents can enjoy. Certainly, Filinvest’s vision of the lifestyle that

The Levels can provide has now become a reality,” it added.

Francis  Ceballos, Filinvest Land senior vice president for Northeast Cluster, said The Levels has received strong interest from the market.

“We are more eager to share the advantages of living here at The Levels. The project’s first building, the Anaheim Tower is more than 90 percent sold. With the launch of the Burbank Tower, we aim to provide more high-quality living spaces that suit our clients’ discerning tastes,” he said.
