NGCP, DICT agree on NBP backbone

The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) said it has reached a mutual decision with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) on how they can move  forward on the   fiber optic capacity available for use of third parties in the implementation of the national broadband program (NBP).

THE Senate committee on ethics yesterday unanimously junked the ethics complaint filed by former Customs Commissioner Nicanor Faeldon against Senators Panfilo Lacson and Antonio Trillanes IV in connection with the corruption allegations at the Bureau of Customs (BOC) allegedly involving Faeldon and several Customs officials.
