Sereno ouster now final

RULING with finality, the Supreme Court yesterday upheld its controversial May 11 decision ousting Maria Lourdes Sereno as chief justice based on the quo warranto petition filed by Solicitor General Jose Calida questioning the legality of her appointment to the post.
