Country fair in Tagaytay

Have a relaxing weekend on February 9-10 at The Flower Farm’s Country fair, an outdoor bazaar featuring gift items, art pieces, antiques, jewelry, accessories, and food selections from local restaurateurs in Tagaytay.

Bags by Le Soleil, hats by Hat Momma, arts and antiques by Magel Vitug and Gil Castro, plants by Ponderosa, candles by Maripi Menendez, and Italian gelato by Massimo and pastries from Popo San Pascual are just some of the treats the visitors can look forward to. Raffle prizes and on-the-spot educational demos are also in store.

Visitors will enjoy a refreshing change from the monotony of city life with a tour of The Flower Farm, featuring greenhouses, rolling landscapes and picturesque pocket gardens.

Ging de los Reyes of The Flower Farm says, "Once or twice a year, we are opening the farm and inviting local artists and entrepreneurs to showcase their products while visitors are enjoying a totally unique setting to relax and learn a thing or two about nature."

The Flower Farm in Barrio Guinhawa grows cutflowers, potted plants and herbs. Tickets are at P100 per person for the two-day affair. For inquiries, call 815 6664 and 815 6665.
