Business as usual for Gloria

PRESS Secretary Ignacio Bunye yesterday accused some senators of using the NBN-ZTE probe to grandstand and get media mileage.

"They simply cannot wait for the 2010 elections and they want to bring this government down now..They'll have their day kung talagang sila pagpapalain para maging pinuno ng bansa. But maliwanag, all of these in just aid of grandstanding," he said.

Bunye said the government is now stable and the people are already tired of endless mudslinging and politicking.

He said its business as usual for President Arroyo.

Arroyo inaugurated the Taguig-Pateros diversion road in Taguig City then interacted with students, residents and local officials from Marikina City at the Sta. Elena High School.

She did not entertain any interviews about Lozada and the ZTE issue. - Jocelyn Montemayor
