Mica Angeles, 18, a 5’9 beauty from Sta. Rosa City, Laguna was crowned as Miss Island Philippines 2012 while Henry Recinto, 20, a 5’10 hunk from Marilao, Bulacan was elected as Mister Island Philippines 2012.
