A 10-YEAR-old boy was instantly killed while his aunt was seriously injured Friday morning after a cargo truck caused a four-vehicle smash-up in Las Piñas City.

Benjamin Lamban, a Grade 4 pupil and a resident of Wawa, Bacoor, Cavite, died on the spot from severe head and body injuries. His aunt Nenita Herrera, 47, of Pulang Lupa, remains in serious condition at the San Juan de Dios Hospital.

The Innova then slammed against the sidewalk where the victims were waiting for a ride.

The Innova also struck an Isuzu Crosswind (XJY-449) and a Toyota Revo (SGS-350) but the drivers of the two vehicles were unhurt. – Ashzel Hachero
