Feast for Father’s Day

Father’s day has always been a time to give tribute to the person who brought food on the table. Surprise dad with traditional Pinoy dishes with a twist at Guava restaurant. The restaurant is giving away a sweet toast for all dads who are celebrating Father’s day at the restaurant. A token of appreciation for all the good times we remember and to look forward to with our fathers.

Start the festivities with appetizers like Pritchon, slices of crispy suckling pig delicately arranged on thin pancakes with chives, wansoy, cucumbers, onion and leek garnishing, complemented by mixing chili garlic, sour cream and chives, sour cream and garlic sweet soy chili and peanut sauces. Diners can set the mood with the Shellfish platter which has Guava’s version of the Oyster Rockefeller, clams and mussels, a must for celebrations.

Families and friends can delight in signature dishes such as the Baby Back Ribs Inihaw in Guava Glaze, tender and juicy ribs coated with guava glaze. The Pochero Feast, beef short ribs, pork belly cubes, chicken and Spanish chorizo with veggies and saba with eggplant banana relish.

Pinakbet sa Bagnet is delightfully simple, crispy pork belly on top of a famous vegetarian dish.
