Sharon just arrived with the other members of the cast of her
soon-to-be released movie, "Care-giver," which was mostly shot in London.
"Halos ‘yung simula ng pelikula ang kinunan sa
Pampanga," said John Estrada, who is teamed up with Sharon for the first time.
He plays Sharon’s husband.
The cast also includes Rica Peralejo and Makisig Morales.
"Caregiver," produced by Star Cinema, is directed by Chito Roño.
"Sagad sa lamig sa London when we arrived there," John
related. "We were practically freezing. But this is not to say that we did not
enjoy our stay there.
"We did. Somehow, we were able to explore the place," he
added.
"Caregiver," which has a May 28 playdate, is Sharon’s first
movie after giving birth to her youngest daughter, Mariel, who is now three
years old. Her last appearance was in "Kung Ako Na Lang Sana" with Aga Muhlach.
The group was in Hong Kong for almost a month.

Speaking of John, we bumped into him at the 10
wedding anniversary party of Richard Gomez and Lucy Torres, which was held of
the newly-opened Felix Restaurant in Greenbelt 5, Makati City, last Thursday.
Richard and Lucy were married April 28, 1998. With them to
welcome their guests was Julianna, their only child, who will turn eight on
September 8.
Julianna is the spitting image of her dad, who expects her to
grow up as tall as he is.
"I just bought her two pairs of shoes," Richard said.
"Kasi she came to me sometime this week complaining
na masakit daw ang toes niya.
"So, I asked her why," he continued. "Iyon pala, masikip
na ang shoes dahil lumaki ang kanyang paa.
"Sabi ni Lucy, ‘di ba kabibili lang natin ng
shoes mo? Ang lakas lumaki ng paa niya."

Lucy said her biggest wish is to have another baby. Although,
she would want to get pregnant the natural way, she is also open to the idea of
in vitro fertilization.
In vitro fertilization is a technique by which an ovum (the
female reproductive cell) is fertilized in a laboratory dish and subsequently
implanted in a uterus for gestation.
By the way, we asked John why his Brazilian girlfriend,
former Miss Earth Priscilla Meirelles, was not with him. His quick reply was,
"She is in Brazil."

Richard and Lucy co-own Felix Restaurant with Ben Chan of
Bench and Florabel Ong, owner of Florabel’s at the Podium in Mandaluyong and
Floring’s at the Landmark in Trinoma.
It’s an intimate restaurant, which, according to Richard, can
accommodate 70 to 80 people. "Na ‘di siksikan," he qualified.
For those who prefer open-air dining, there are tables
outside the restaurant.
Among Richard and Lucy’s guests were GMA-7 top gun Wilma Galvante, Mother
Lily Monteverde, Annabelle Rama and Eddie Gutierrez, their son, Richard, Susan
Roces, director Boots Plata and his wife, Dolor Gueverra, talent manager (of KC
Concepcion, among others) Shirley Kwan, Summit Publications head Liza Gokongwei,
Yes Magazine’s Jo-Ann Maglipon, Anna Pingol and Emerson Sy, Inquirer’s Bayani
San Diego, Lucy’s favorite make-up artist, Juan Sarte, Bernard Cloma and yours
truly.
