Witness as Fab restaurant at Holiday Inn Galleria Manila transforms from an all day a la carte service restaurant offering international and local menu options to an extensive buffet of the flavors of the Mediterranean.

Diners can have their fill of flavorful dishes from each region. Variations of risottos such as seafood, chorizo and lemon will be presented at the buffet at different days of the week. Sicilian sautéed chicken and osso bucco with tomato and oregano from Italy; paella valenciana, paella celicantina, callos alla madrilène, andalusian fried fish fillet and catalan lamb from Spain; and shrimps with feta cheese, garlic lemon chicken and fish spetsiota from Greece are just some of the regional dishes that will be highlights of the feast.

A carving station will showcase the meat dishes from the Mediterranean. Beef roulade with spiced apples and pears, and juicy slices from leg of lamb with mustard, rosemary and dry chili will be served on specific days.

The Mediterranean region is also known for its abundance in seafood so diners can expect an array of seafood choices from fish to shellfish either served fresh accompanied by different condiments and sauces, in salads, paella, risotto, pasta or stuffed with ingredients from this region by the sea.

Heavenly desserts are also offered. Who can resist Greek Baklava, Italian panna cota, and zabaliogne, Spanish flans, and other equally tempting desserts lined up in one sweet station.
