Pets welcome at Island CoveIsland Cove Hotel and Leisure Park, the nearest premiere vacation and business destination in the South, and a pioneer of outstanding and unique amenities and attractions, recently announced that it is now offering travelers the opportunity to bring their "family members" with them on vacation. Cats and dogs are now welcome to lodge and enjoy the facilities of the resort with their pet owners.

Island Cove Managing Director Gilbert Remulla said, "For many of us, our pets are like our children and just like any other parent, we can't imagine going on vacation without our pets." He continues, "There are so many reputable hotels and vacations spots in the but a majority of them prohibit guests from bringing their pets along unlike in our Resort."

Pets are most welcome in Island Cove Hotel and Leisure Park. However, In order to protect other guests, Pet owners must abide by the Resort's Pet Policy.

Remulla said, "We want to protect the interest of our other guests and in doing so, we are requiring pet owners to present a vaccine record of their pets before checking-in the hotel as a safety measure."

Other basic rules on bringing in of pets in Island Cove include: 1) Pets must never be left unattended when outside the Hotel room, 2) Pets must be on a leash at all times 3) Only pets weighing less than 15kg are allowed to check in 4) only two pets per room is allowed.

Island Cove has been known to be the pioneer in the tourism industry with respect to the introduction of a multitude of attractions that lure both local and to

foreign visitors. The existing facilities available to its guests are the Oceania Water Park, the Animal Island, the Island Songs KTV, the Global Gutz Paintball arena, I-camp Camping grounds, the Petting Zoo, the Bike trail, the Fishing Village, and the Island Spa.
