Strawberry Blast

Strawberry Pink Lemonade
Ingredients:
1 can (6 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate, partially thawed
2-2/3 cups cold water
1/3 cup strawberry syrup
Directions:
In a pitcher, stir together lemonade concentrate, water and syrup. Serve in tall glasses over crushed ice. Makes about four servings or one quart lemonade.
Strawberry pink lemonade ice pops: Stir together lemonade concentrate, water and syrup as directed above. Divide mixture among eight paper cold drink cups (5 oz. each). Freeze for about one hour; insert wooden popsicle sticks into strawberry mixture. Cover; freeze until firm. Peel off cups to serve. Makes eight pops.
Single serving: Place about 1-1/2 tablespoons strawberry syrup in the bottom of a tall glass. Fill with ice. Pour lemonade over ice. Stir to blend or serve with a long spoon for blending.
Hot Strawberry Soother
Ingredients:
1 cup hot milk
2 to 3 tbsp strawberry syrup
Procedures:
Stir together hot milk and strawberry syrup in a large mug or cup. Top as desired. Serve immediately. Makes one serving.
Double Strawberry Milkshake
Ingredients:
2 to 3 scoops (about 1 cup) strawberry ice cream or frozen yogurt
1/2 cup cold milk
3 tbsp strawberry syrup
Procedures:
Place ice cream, milk and strawberry syrup in blender container. Cover; blend until smooth. Garnish with whipped topping and strawberry, if desired. Makes about one 10-oz. serving.
Choco-Berry Cooler
Ingredients:
3/4 cup cold milk
1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
2 tbsp plus 2 tsp vanilla ice cream
ginger ale or club soda, chilled
Fresh strawberries
Mint leaves (optional)
Procedures:
Place milk, fresh strawberries, chocolate syrup and two tablespoons ice cream in blender container. Cover; blend until smooth.
Alternate two scoops of vanilla ice cream and chocolate mixture in tall ice cream soda glass; fill glass with ginger ale or club soda. Garnish with fresh strawberry and mint leaf, if desired. Serve immediately. Makes one 14-ounce serving.
